Yahoo Stores and Affiliate Programs?

Does Yahoo’s Store Merchant Solution offer merchants a chance to have their own affiliate program? Also, would you reccommend using this if I was to open a yahoo store, or is it better to use a third-party service such as clixgalore.com for an affiliate program?
