Competitive Ads and Services
In order to prevent user confusion, publishers may not display Google ads or search boxes on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colours as the Google ads or search boxes on that site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure that these ads cannot be confused with Google ads.
I will suggest CJ which is work good in my website together with adsense. By the way, most of the affiliate program dont conflict adsense ads because they are in different format
Really you can put any affiliate marketing advertising along with adsense blocks.
Though when choosing products, especially from clickbank be selective and choose quality products as many products on clickbank are junk.
There is of course Pepperjam and Commission Junction and you can go to sites directly and sign up for affiliate programs.
I would put most of your effort into affiliates as that’s where the real money is. Adsense should really be treated as residual income.
Anyway Good Luck!
You shouldn’t have too many problems so long as you promote legitimate products and programs. The affiliate network shouldn’t affect it too much.
Good rule of thumb: would you buy the product? If you have any misgivings about the legitimacy of the product you’re promoting, then so could someone else… and that’s where you could have troubles.
I would seriously consider whether to use Google Adsense on a page promoting affiliate products though. When you’ve gone to all the effort of getting someone who is looking to buy something to your page, do you really want to send them to someone else’s page or promotion? They’re going to be getting the benefit of your hard work! Adsense is a good way of monetizing high-traffic pages that don’t have any other direct-monetization strategy, but if you already have a better way of making money on your page, then stick with that.

U can use most of the affiliates as long as they are not contextual
ads…
hope that helps
I tried both Consumption Junction and Chitika, and I must say that up till now, I prefer Chitika. Of course, the success of both depends on your audience, and your choice of advertisers, and how you implement them.
as your already with Google, try Google affiliates easy to use, the admin console it nice and you know your going to get paid unlike some of the other ones around
