does yaho site builder have flash builder How easy to add affilia ads. Google ch-out ok ? paypal shippng USPS?

I want to build a site but only have small inventory. So I want to add Flash banners from affiliates and adsense then sell my stuff on a seperate area with google check out or paypal. Also I want to create my own widets to move around site and ad to other sites/blogs/ebay. I guess what I need to know is. Dose Yahoo store builder have tools to make flash and add code. How do you like it ?
