Yes it does work and yes you get paid and you can do it in large scale if you have the budget and/or lots of visitors to your website or in small scale.

Don’t quit your day job. I haven’t yet.

An excellent affiliate software is http://www.acesitecreator.com/ It incorporates programs like Clickbank and Amazon automatically and makes creating a affiliate site very easy.

There are always to sides in making money on internet

1 ) publisher is the person that created the product and carries the copyright.

2 ) affiliate is the person that promotes publisher’s product and get commission if sales appear.

Actually I do not reccommend you to become an affiliate, I want you to have your own products and affiliates.
